This Christmas the girls and I were busy making jewelry for all our grandmas, aunts and cousins! The results were amazing! The girls were creative and we had a great time for several days!

A little vampire action for the red and black book mark!
This is a small sample of my first bookmarks. I have several other colors now including purple and yellow! They are so beautiful that I am wanting to decorate my bookshelf with them! Morgan is getting the red one for her birthday since she loves the Twilight books so much! I may also try some different colored ribbons and look for different dangles for the ends! Thanks for looking!
Those all look great! I will have to take a picture of some of the beaded bookmarks that I have been making. I made a "Twilight" themed one as well! Where did you learn how to make the cute boxes? Was there an online tutorial?
ReplyDeleteI googled Origami box, and came up with a tutorial for the ones with lids. The boxes with the twisted tops were a google image search for a gift box. I printed off the pattern, adjusted it for two contrasting papers, and it was off to the assembly line!
